This uniquely located park is 2 minutes walk to town, hotel, jetty and safe swimming beaches. The park consists of 3 individual areas offering 150 powered sites with onsite accommodation (some with ensuites) and camping sites available.
The park offers clean, modern ablutions, disabled facilities, campers' kitchen and undercover BBQ area. We have shady, grassed sites, some with concrete pads and an underground TV systems. Dogs on leads are welcome except during the Dec/January holidays and Easter but are never allowed into onsite accommodation.

According to reviews this place is a great place to stay in. That would be as long as they dont put you in area 3. When we arrived we were told that the main park areas of one and two were booked out and we would be put in area three down the road. Everything was fine until the gardener put a sprinkler on at the rear of our van and another at the side of our van. The sprinklers are bore water and absolutely stink. We could not go outside our van without being overcome by the smell. I approached the gardener who was near by and asked him to move the sprinklers to be told, No I need to water there. You will have to get used to the smell. I subsequently moved the sprinkler away from my van myself. I later returned to find that it had been moved very close to my van and was spraying the van in the putrid water. I did not think I was asking too much as there was only four vans in the 150 site area. The amenities were covered in spider webs and had a huge residency of mosquitoes. The showers were really very cramped and poor quality. I would never go back to this park again which is a pity as it is well located. If they tell you that they are putting you in area three, do yourself a favour and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE as there are plenty of other parks in this area where staff treat you much better than we were.
Ian Yes, our park 1 was fully booked and to accommodate visitors who arrived on the same day as your travelling group with no booking or phone call before arriving, we opened park 3. All guests were made aware that the park had not been used for several months and asked to bear with us while cleaning staff prepared the ablution area and surrounds. The same morning a spider treatment was done in the park on the outside of all buildings. To allow maximum treatment we were unable to remove cobwebs that day. There were certainly no cobwebs inside the ablution areas AND OUTSIDE COBWEBS REMOVED FOLLOWING THE SPRAY. Comments are appreciated regarding cramped & poor quality showers, these comments will be passed onto the City of Busselton AS THE OWNER OF THE PARK. To maintain excellent grassed areas in our parks we need to water. Unfortunately we DO USE BORE WATER WHICH CAN create a smell ON SOME OCCASSIONS. WOULD THE SPRAY HAVE HELPED WITH THE MOSSIES??? We also have no control over mosquitoes, once again I will pass this onto the City of Busselton. Have a safe trip. Management
We stayed here in Nov 2014. Hard to find a better location than this busy park, pretty close to just about everything for the tourist. Plenty of grass and shade, ablutions were good and clean. Best value for money park in Busselton.
Good location friendly staff and value for money
Beautiful spot very close to the beach lots of green lawn and shady trees. The campers kitchen has everything you need is kept nice and clean. The BBQ worked perfectly. On arrival we were welcomed and taken to our site and with no hasstle were guided into our spot we even suggested to they they run courses to teach us girls how to guide our men into caravan sites. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to going back again soon.
Brilliant park. Close to the Jetty beach and a easy walk to town. Clean amenities always and helpful staff. We go every year in October. Greatest fishing for the boys.
