* Sand boarding:
For the children in all of us....Fowlers Bay is the perfect playground for the budding sand boarder. Surrounded by kilometers of sandy mountains....each track is untouched and each run is only limited by the imagination!
Sand boards and toboggans are available for hire from the kiosk.

If it is surfing that you are wanting to learn, then look no further than Shelly Beach. This little surf beach, to the east of Fowlers Bay, hosts the perfect beginners wave.There are also some substantial little breaks off Scotts beach and Wandilla.
However.....if you are looking for more of a challenge.... Cactus Beach is world renowned for its large consistent breaks.....it is certainly NOT for the light hearted!!!!

South Australias Eyre Penninsula is home to some of Australia's most spectactular landscapes. From jagged cliff tops, to sand dunes, to foot print free white sandy beaches.
Scotts Beach, accessed only after an adventurous drive through the towns enormous sand dunes, is a sweeping arch of white sand that leads to Scott Point and a series of cliffs and small bays ideal for more remote camping and fishing.
Mexicans Hat, a natural rock formed island just off the coast up from scotts beach, an Australian Sea Lion Colony at the base of the cliffs, as well as historical sights located around the area are just a few of the beautiful sights that make for an exciting and interesting day of exploration.
