A lovely shaded Caravan Park that's nestled beside the Bombala River. Only a short walk to the Main Street.
Bombala hosts a number of annual events including Country Music Talent Quest, Annual Bombala Bike Show, Australia Day events and a bi annual Historic Engine Rally full details can be found on www.bombala.nsw.gov.au
Bombala is surrounded by the stunning South East Forests - tall majestic forests with well marked walking tracks. We also have a wealth of historical attractions and of course our Platypus Reserve just 4 km out of town. The Bundian Way Gallery (which features works from local Indigenous artists) and the Borderline Gallery (which features an array of local arts and crafts) can be found at Delegate just a short 25 minute drive from Bombala.
If its summer time the air will be perfumed with the heady scent of lavender as our local group distils their award winning oils. In spring the banks of the Bombala River are covered in daffodils. In autumn the trees are a blaze of red, yellow and bronze. In winter the frost creates thousands of sparkles in the trees and amazing spider webs!

the bomabala park is very clean and is run by the council
This is a fantastic park! Dale (the manager) keeps all the amenities spotless and he makes himself available to provide assistance whenever needed. The park is located right next to the river and it is a few minutes walk to the shops. In the afternoon take a few minutes to stand on the bridge and watch the platypus in the river - but be prepared to have plenty of time as this is a wonderful way to complete a day after exploring all the lovely 'treats' surrounding this town. We spent a week - could easily have spent another week, or two :)
Council agrees and hopes to see you back in Bombala soon
