Turu now offers Pre Paid Travel Vouchers, making it easier to budget for your upcoming holiday throughout Australia. Our Open Dated Travel Vouchers are valid for use on Powered Caravan Sites across a large network of over 350 Holiday Parks across Australia.

To enable your Travel Vouchers to work effectively across our Holiday Parks, an average value must be fixed despite the fact that powered site pricing will vary from across all properties.

2016 Validity: 1 x Voucher = 1 x Night Powered Site

  • Infants under 2 year are free;
  • All Travel Vouchers are valid for one (1) nights stay only, including a powered site for the number of persons named on your pass;
  • GST Inclusive;
  • Use of all facilities offered by each park. Note: some parks may hold additional charges for the use of some facilities, (eg. coin operated laundry).


Can I use my voucher for any park on the Turu website?

Vouchers may only be redeemed at parks with a book online option activated.

Can I use my voucher in person at the park upon arrival?

No, all bookings must be made via the online bookings tab on the specific park page of the Turu website. A confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you to present upon arrival.

Can I redeem my voucher by calling the park directly and quoting the voucher number over the phone?

Bookings can only be made online via the Turu website and will not be recognised by park staff.

How long can I stay at each park?

The vouchers are valid for a maximum of 3 nights per park. These 3 nights will need to be booking in 3 separate bookings/transactions using 3 vouchers. 1 Voucher = 1 Night stay.

How far in advance should I book my trip?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks prior to arrival at a Holiday park. Bookings over School holiday or Christmas periods will require bookings further in advance to avoid disappointment.

Who do I contact if I need help redeeming my voucher?

Contact your travel agent at the STA Travel store where voucher was purchased or email sta@turu.com.au for assistance.

Can I change the arrival date on my booking if my plans change?

All bookings made on the Turu website are final and cannot be changed. You can contact the park to request a date change subject to availability, however this change will be at the discretion of the park and subject to the parks terms and conditions

Why is there a balance to be paid when I try to redeem my voucher for a powered site?

Turu Vouchers hold a maximum site value of $65.00. If your site booking exceeds this price then a small balance will be payable on top of your voucher value to secure your booking.
