In Dometic’s 2016 Follow The Sun campaign, two lucky families each received a $25,000 caravan makeover plus $10,000 in travel expenses for a 13-week trip around Australia as Dometic brand ambassadors. The third lucky family was given a pink National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) Winnebago Minnie caravan and Ford Everest to take on their 13-week trip, plus $5000 of Dometic products and $10,000 for travel.

This year, Dometic has partnered with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and the ambassadors will host fundraising activities during their trips to help support the foundation, and to raise awareness and fund research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer. This year's Follow The Sun campaign is aiming to raise $100,000 plus awareness for the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) and all ambassadors are eagerly chasing fundraising dollars from campers they meet on their way down the east coast.

Ambassadors Linda Bloffwitch and Grant Hanan, 'Adventure Mumma' Kate Richards and family (Rob, Josh and Charlie), and the McKay family (Cameron, Julie, Darcy, Tiarna, Maddison and Hamish) kicked off their Follow the Sun adventures from a party at the Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort in Cairns, Qld in August.
