Welcome to Hopetoun Caravan Park, a popular summer camping spot for families, couples and groups with stunning views of the coastline and the gateway to the Fitzgerald National Park.

We have a range of affordable accommodation including campsites, campervan or RV parks, cabins & self contained units. Enjoy the great outdoors in a beach environment where children and families can play and relax.

Hopetoun lies on the shores of the beautiful Mary Ann Haven on Western Australia’s south coast - a peaceful holiday destination with a string of pristine white beaches and the unspoilt wilderness of the Fitzgerald River National Park to the east.

18 acres of pristine natural bushland, home of a large variety of birds. Aligned with ocean on two sides of the park, safe swimming and fishing. Only 200 metre walk to town centre and amenities.

Located 588 km south of Perth and 50 km from Ravensthorpe, Hopetoun is a small and attractive seaside village located on the shores of Mary Ann Harbour which is becoming increasingly popular as a low key get-away-from-it-all tourist destination.

Hopetoun is the perfect place to getaway and relax, and if you like the outdoors take some time to see the whales, seals and dolphins come to the offshore waters and the beaches and headlands in the area which remain largely untouched.

It is impossible to overstate the beauty of this area. Many people consider this stretch of coastline the most beautiful in Australia. It is an area of impossibly white sand beaches and gently rounded rocky foreshores.

The Hopetoun Summer Festival is held every January.

Staff friendly and helpful, the sites are well protected and nicely rural, however, there are several trees which are propped up to stop them falling, this is of concern as whilst we were there a storm came through during the night at which time some of these tree limbs were moving. I am certain that if the local council was to be aware of this you could find your licence to operate under question. Safety is always a consideration...

Very nice caravan park tucked away amongst shady trees. Very natural layout which is spacious. Close to town and beach. Adequate camp kitchen with Gas BBQ. Ability to have camp fire in season and in pit. Ablutions very clean. We stayed in October 2014 during a period of nasty weather but you are very sheltered. Would be great during summer.

Beautiful park- how caravan parks used to be! We found this park by chance and have nothing but positives to say, we stayed at the chalet which for $100 a night had everything we needed and more!! We could walk to town , walk to beach and jetty and just chill!! Didn't use communal facilities and couldn't find BBQ but just made do with full oven in chalet! Very relaxing....... Nice to find somewhere reasonably priced for a family.

unwelcoming gentlemen, did not give us any info about the caravan park or town and barely showed us to the caravan site. Avoid this park

What a wonderful place to unwind ,fish, and meet lovely travellers. We had a great holiday here and will return again. Management and staff were wonderful and very informative regarding the area, fishing etc. The facilities are very clean and the caravan sites are well shaded and spacious. Fishing is fantastic.
