the ablution block was not cleaned on a regular basis and seem to depend on the staff on duty at that time we have visited the dam the last 3 years and feel there is a programe to run down the facility to a level where it is not a viable operation and it will be reduced to a day facility we hope we are wrong about the plan for the park as we do enjoy our week each year the price is more than reasonable and if it would help keep the facility open we feel a substantial increase would be more than acceptable

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Burdekin Dam Falls Caravan Park. The camping grounds were clean & well maintained, amenities spotless & staff very friendly. The remote location was refreshing & it was very exciting for the kids to see all the wildlife. It may appear basic upon arrival, but it could not be faulted during our stay.
