No better place for sundowner drinks than on the dunes watching the surf roll in, kangaroos feeding, and all the birds doing their thing. I camped with friends as a teenager and have been coming back ever since. Now my Wife and I still love the trip down the beach, setting up camp, endless stars, teaching my kids the basics of good camping and making fires, so they can enjoy the same as they get older. A great place to make your own fun.

Straddie Roadhouse QLD Pty Ltd all camping grounds on straddie are beautiful but you can't beat main beach ever since I can remember from my child hood the excitement the night before arriving at Straddie, I could not sleep waiting for that 1st moment of driving along the beach and smelling the sea air, camping in the world best natural resort find a sport set up camp and enjoy mother Nature at its best, showers deep in bush land while watching the family of Kangaroo in their natural surrounding. I live on the Island know and still love taking my holidays camping in my home land at the same spot with my own kids. and believe they will grow up doing the same.
