We have just recently stayed at the Heritage as we were travelling with friends who have a dog. We were a bit unsure after reading some reviews but booked in anyway. Well, what a surprise! The new owners are a lovely young couple and are working very hard to get their park up to a fantastic standard. The park was tidy, had plenty of grassed shady sites and a huge pool. Other guests in the park who have stayed there previously commented on how clean and tidy it has become and are happy that the pool is now clean to swim in. I have never written a review before but felt I would like to let the new owners know that their hard work is making for a great park to stay in. I would stay here without a dog.

I was there the second week of January 2016 and had booked one there cabins. Cabin 9. Alice Springs had some of there biggest rain falls in 15 years or so while I was there and my cabin leaked so badly to the point where I had to get out. 'Well it just got worse' The new owner of the Heritage caravan park, he is from Victoria, and has only been operating it for a few months said to me, 'so what do you want from me a refund'. His name is Darrin and he showed no respect towards me or the problem I was in. I had paid $1200 in advance. He then said to my face,'you can find somewhere else if you wish', so I booked in to the big 4 caravan park across the road and got on with my trip. God help the new owner of the Heritage caravan park Alice Springs. megan.

We stayed hear 2 weeks ago, the toilets& showers are discusting, The floors in the showers Need a GOOD SCRUBBING. Nobody takes any notice of the speed limit in the park, thus, every think gets covered in dust.
