Situated on the banks of the historic Burrinjuck Dam, built in 1907.
Just 1.5 hours from Canberra, 53 kms south west of Yass, 280kms north of Albury, 183kms east of Wagga Wagga.

Water sports at Burrinjuck Waters State Park NSW include fishing, water-skiing, swimming and boating. You can also hand feed King Parrots and Crimson Rosellas. There are quiet kangaroos (with resident joey's) feeding at your doorstep. Enjoy a game of volleyball on the parks volleyball court. Other activities include: Bird watching, canoeing, frisbee, golf, sailing, tennis, walking/hiking trail and water-skiing. You can also use Burrinjuck Waters as a home base for visits to the historic towns of Binalong, Yass and other places of interest.
